Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include:
* Gift cards
* Non-physical, downloadable products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In cases that your purchased product was manufactured by a third party, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs or vinyl records that have been opened
* Any item that is missing parts, not in its original condition or damaged through no fault on our part
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In cases of approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.
REFUND DELAYS (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund appears in your account. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is credited to your account.

ITEMS ON SALE (if applicable)
Only regularly-priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturer fault. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact Cale via the Contact page and we will provide you with the address to which your item should be returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift document will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifting party had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gifting party and they shall be informed of the return.
To return your product, you should email us via the Contact page and we will provide you with the address to which you should return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
